HeartStreet’s idea originated in 2015 from a deeply personal mission: helping our founder's mother, who struggled with Alzheimer's and Vascular dementia, stay connected and joyful. What began as a custom whiteboard for reminders evolved into an innovative app, complete with a simple music-playing feature.
